I'm feeling really fantastic. The pain that I was experiencing has greatly subsided. The bruising has faded.
I'm looking forward to trying out the modified gear.

Really, let people take your picture more often - you are so lovely and we in FL would to see more pics of you.I hear about your radience in pregnance and want to see more of it. I did look for you to say goodbye, but you weren't easily found and I didn't want to spend a lot of time walking. That was what got me hurting in the first place.

I'm glad your feeling better. A couple of people asked me if you were angry after you left. Pain can easily be mistaken for other things. Anger and pain are two things we all could do without.
I explained that you were not at your best and that you were not angry. Let's hope that I was right

Small deep purple bruising on the right side, where I hurt yesterday after my 2 "walks".
It's not a big bruise.
I would hold a quarter up to it and take a picture so you could tell how big it is but....

I was feeling fine this morning. There wasn't even that nagging pressure feeling that I experienced yesterday.
Then, BBCK asked me to go for a bike ride. I didn't agree to that, but I said I would walk with her and Cadence for a minute. We headed off down the sidewalk and I made it as far as Airport Hwy. Then, I started to feel a bit of discomfort, so we turned back and I took it easy until we went to BigBro's for Alan's graduation party.
I was supposed to stop and get an apple pie, but after a short trip through the front of Kroger, I was in pain again. So, I walked gingerly back to the truck and went on to BigBro's empty handed.
For the majority of the time at BigBro's house, I sat watching the NASCAR race... being less than social. Not that social gatherings are my thing any way, but even I felt like I was being too solitary.
Any way, I'm back home now and I took a Tylenol 3 and I'm feeling better... for now.
A better life through pharmaceuticals isn't so bad. I just need to take it a bit easier for a while.
Tomorrow I get to sit still for 8 hours. That'll be nice.
