Pumpkin Sculpting
2006-10-20
Tonight, I made my first attempt at pumpkin sculpting. I was inspired by grumpkins, I knew I didn't stand a chance at making anything quite as amazing as his. However, I think I did okay for a first attempt. Here's what it looks like.

Sixteenths of an inch are to structural steel detailers as semi-colons are to computer programmers.

Your Dad's scowl (am perhaps mine as well) came from spending entirly too much time chasing 1/16ths of an inch.

I know what I'll look like in another few days too.

Which one the little one or the pumpkin ? The pumpkin has my vote for my dad, as you did not say which grandfather, but I am no dummy . My dad had the best scowl and could look so sad and not really mean it . Somehow the apple has not fallen far from the tree when I look at my pictures, and I don't really mean to be so sad, I guess someone has to hit my funny bone to make me smile ,but please not my elbow my bone .

alright, what is that thing on your desk? It appears to be too pink to be a Grumkin" thingy - sooooo what is it?

There's no kite in that picture, pops. Though, this one does have Ryan and Mark passing eachother in opposite directions.

It was blowing 30-40 most of the day today and I don't have a kite small enough for that kind of wind. Ryan was on his 5 meter kite. My smallest is 9 meters.

I did end up putting up my 14 meter kite at Maumee Bay after I left Ryan/Mark at the secret spot.

Thank you Toledo!!for giving us the greatest quarterback we've seen here in the south, the buccaneers overcame the eagles 23 21. this young fella is not afraid to run with the ball and make plays them we haven't seen attempted here , the commentators all say that you shouldn't try that in the NFL .
great pitcher lake Erie Biz. I'll only hope and pray that that is not you attached to the kite way out there . However if you can stand the pounding of those waves I'm sure that it would've been a great ride and time for absorbine junior tomorrow morning . SOPOPS
