Lights Before Christmas

Tonight, we went to the Lights Before Christmas at the Toledo Zoo. It was a company sponsored event and we were invited the pavilion behind the carousel after we toured the lights. BBCK invited PrincessB and another friend and together we had a blast. We were silly and laughed and joked and played the whole time. The lights, as always, were spectacular.
We only went inside the aquarium to see actual zoo exhibits. They've got a new section in there (new to me any way) where they have a "Find Nemo's Cousin" tank. There were three clown fish in the tank. I didn't get a picture of the octopus, Tal, but I got a pic of the tank next to him. The octopus was as active as always, but the lighting sucked. There was a porcupine fish that seemed to like us, too.
The girls waited in line for 30 minutes to go sit on Santa's lap. This year, they had Santa on the stage at the indoor theater (in the back of the science building. Smart. The parents got to sit in the theater seats while we waited for the kids.
Before you get into the area where Santa was sitting, they had a nice train display. It was really well done.
Then, we went to the pavilion and had some coco, coffee and cookies. Yummy. We had our own Santa in the pavilion! Tony, my coworker, let me use his camera to take pictures of the girls sitting on that Santa's lap. I'll post them, Monday.

I've been answering to anything for years so one more handle won't hurt a bit. Last night a bunch of guys here learned that another pet name for me is "Bright Eyes"! You should have seen the looks on the faces! Little do they know, the favorite name for me is "Brat" Like I said, One more moniker won't matter a bit. Just call me in time for meals.
Had carpet cleaned this morning. It looks great. The guys were here at 8:00a.m. and were done before 8:30!! Talk about fast.
BIZ - love the pix of BBCK with Santa. And there are the new pix on MissMBH this morning. Dear Cookie did a wonderful job on her tree!! What a girl, eh? Also, have a wonderful time tonight. What a lucky pappy!

I've got huge major Mojo cominig your way. I've got loads to give back after my surgery went so well. Turns out I didn't need all the Mojo you all sent afterall.
Healing takes time is is a little frustrating, but I did get my stitches out this morning. The cut in my palm turns out to be smaller than I thought, only about 3/4" long, just above the heal of my palm.

Because of the size of the new pictures, your page has grown many, many times in size. Love the pix of the girls with Santa though.
SOPOPS saw the dr today and he will get his new knee on Wed of next week. Send him some good mojo, okay. He will probably be home on Sat. Will keep you informed.

The movies did that to me on Firefox 2.0, but in IE they were fine.
