Granny, Chrissy just came in a few min. ago and she said she is going to try to get mbh to Walmart for pics. She's been wanting one too. She had her all day today. B. is sick - fever 102 so she asked her mom to come get her. C said she was really, really sick. Baby, dad and mom have all been sick so Chrissy said to give her a wk or two because she doesn't want to enter the "sick" house again. B & C, if I were you, I'd open that patio door and air the place out really well. Change of air may help. And I know you can't get it cooler, but if you let some cooler air in, that may help. The warmer the air, the more the germs breed. Hope by the time you read this, you are better, B. Love you.

Yes, thanks, POPS is much better today. He is moving more like his old self, no pun intended.

Rev et al., I don't know what's up with the mbh site. I've experienced the problem for a couple of days now. If it continues, I may have to scrap it and start over.
The great thing about software that someone else built (that forum) is that you don't have to do maintenance. The horrible thing about software that someone else built is that you really can't do your own maintenance.
If I do decided to scrap it, I'll save all the pictures and comments that were already there. Reloading them should be a breeze.
This morning, I'm probably going to go kiteboarding, so it isn't happening today.

Granny and all - I can't get miss m's page. I see it, but it's all messed up and I have tried to answer Granny twice and it won't post. Pictures are gone - just boxes with red x's.
I saw your message that you'd gotten the tape. Glad you enjoyed it. And yes, Miss M does get her curls from her Grandma, who got her's from her grandma (my mother). Diane and I have some curls if we let our hair air dry, but nothing like Christina's. Her hair looked just like the baby's hair when she was that age.
So sry Pops is not doing as well as he'd hoped but we are keeping you all in our prayers. I hope he turns the corner soon and starts to feel better. How discouraging.

Well, his surgeon did an X-ray of the spine which showed a vertebra out of place, thus the MRI. Sure wish I could read those things. He has had to move the pain meds up from every 12 hrs to every 8 just to stay comfy. Poor sweetie didn't bargain for any of this.

X-rays/MRI of your spine? Why? Get better, old man. I can't handle knowing that you're not 100% (or as close to 100% as a 70 year old guy can be.)

the following is note I sent to a buddy of mine yesterday, cant sit for long so I cut and pasted it here.
Today we went to see the surgeon and he took x-rays of my spine and has scheduled an open MRI for Friday to cover all bases. Went for my first aquatic therapy and had quit a work out for 50 mins. The knee feels better but the hip is touchier, probably from bouncing around in the Buick. He changed my happy pill to three times a day from two, now I will float down the road.
Had the MRI tody and will wait for report next week. Same old pain and I'm puch drunk most of the time without the good tast of Jack.

Oh, you are good. I saw it and knew what they were saying but didn't note the speeling!
I saw the results of a test done in which people were just given the consonants of words and teens were able to read the test correctly. Someday we won't even need wrds.

WOW, that is some list of accomplishments! Your dad and I are very proud of both our sons. Grandson & granddaughter too. I just got a call from 'fer wishing us a Happy New Year.
My wish for you is that you are accepted into law school and that 'fer gets back to school. I couldn't wish for more than that, could I? Well, maybe that POPS gets well! The heating pads seem to be helping the hip problem now, so, maybe we are in the right direction.
