The cribbage scores to the left are now updated. I have lost so many games this month, it can't get any worse, so why not bring them up to date. I started out the month with a lead of 10 games and as you can see I am now on;y 3 ahead. Poor me. POPS is laughing every day at his luck!!
BIZ - I can see from the pic that you are still able to take pics, so you must be okay. It is not like you not to say a word for days at a time. Will need an update soon.

I was playing football (two-hand tap) at our company picnic on Wednesday. Since it was "picnic day" I had worn flip-flops, so I was playing barefoot in order to facilitate speed. About halfway through the game, I went out for a pass and when I made my cut to the inside, I slipped and the only part of my foot that remained in contact with the ground was my pinky-toe. It bent and went "crack".
I was able to finish the game, though. And, I was punting barefoot with that foot - even after the fall. I was kicking NFL quality punts, too!

We didn't get the tickets for the dates in June 08. When I went back, the spirit site said that the flights back from Tampa were sold out. We'll have to wait for the next special.

I love her laughter too. When I talked with 'fer the last time, I heard her laughter in the background and learned she was watching a cartoon movie with mommy. Such a happy sweetie. We can only hope the next baby is as good.

Froggie and I just had a wonderful visit from Curls, and of course her parents too... She is not fuzzy in real life at all. Could be cutier, somehow, but I can't come up with anything that would work. Not much for hugs but she is great at pulling her uncle down and helping him up again and again and again, all the while shreaking with glee. What a doll-baby.

And my mother had natural curls. I can remember her telling me that she used to brush and brush it to try to straighten it like her sister's hair. Don't you wonder if baby #2 will have the Shirley Temple look?
