She's TWO!

My little baby is growing up so fast. She turned 2, yesterday. We went to MissMBH's great grandmother's, (Reverend Grandma) for the party. 'Fer and Cookie were the host and hostess and Rev was just providing the venue. On the menu for the evening was chicken, cheesy potatoes, salad, chips, fruit salad and some appetizers. It was a great party and MissMBH certainly enjoyed herself. Here's some pictures from the evening.

Last night, we were invited to have dinner with Karen&Jim. They also invited Linda & Tom. This dinner was the last time the 6 of us would get together for over 3 weeks. The 4 of them are going to China for 23 days, so we had a little going away dinner with them. It sounds like a fantastic trip but we chose not to spend the $$ on it and it is a good thing we did as POPS diagnosis came along after that and the sooner he starts treatment the better.
The treatment has already started with some pills he takes for 25 days which is a hormone thingy; he gets a shot tomorrow morning which is also a jumbo hormone thingy and then on the 31st, he starts the radiation treatments which is 5 days a week for 5 weeks. Those treatments only take a couple of minutes but still, it is going every day. Sometime after that they do the seed implants.
If you want to look it all up, there is a good site on prostate cancer and treatments - google it, as I can't remember the actual site.

That was some party yesterday. What do you think her Christmas will be like?  She is so sweet in pictures, is it like that in person too?
