Today, Ryan and I met at MBSP after work for a pre-dusk ride. I put up my 12 meter kite and Ryan rode his 13. We were really powered up for the entire ride. By the time we came in, we could barely hold our kites down. I put up a 20' jump right in front of Ryan and almost landed it. It was weird because as I started to come down, I pulled in the bar and I got a little boost lifting me back up and taking me farther down wind. I don't know how many miles we got in, but from looking at the tracks, I'd guess about 5 miles. Great ride! |

Just kidding - we all have been there wanting to get it all over with but there is no rushing these little guys.
Happy Thanksgiving to all. Hope your dinner is wonderful! Wish we could be there with you.
We are eating alone - our friends with whom we have Thanksgiving dinner here, have colds with bad coughing so we are boycotting them this year. No really, they are cooking as usual but I am going over to get our dinner and bring it home to eat here. Nort does not need to be exposed to anything else - in his whole lifetime! My donation is my usual sweet potato casserole. YUMMY!! Love & miss you - mom/phyll

That poor girl. Will they not induce? Having hit the finish line twice and been forced to continue to run I know how hard it is. Tell her she is amazing and to keep up the good cooking.

Well, today, we were one degree colder than yesterday - a very chilly 35 at 7:30!! And to beat that, last night I agreed to go out to John's for breakfast. For those of you who haven't been there with us, it is our favorite local eatery, about 3/4 of the way to the end of Ozello road. It is like the old fashioned places where part of the building is a grocery, part is food service and all of it is warm and welcoming!!
BIZ - Pennsylvania & Kentucky don't come together! Maybe you meant West Virginia?

Where do you get your cold genes from? I was so cold this morning when we woke to 36!! Our advantage, though, is that we warm up some during the day. We were in the mid 60s but even that was chilly. We are true Floridians now.
It looks like you and Miss M had a nice outing a couple of nights ago. The pictures are so cute. I have to go through all the videos every day, sometimes more than once. KEEP 'EM COMING!!
