Just another day in paradise

I didn't want to break my streak of updating so many days in a row, so here's a brief rundown of my day...
Woke up earlier than normal and hit snooze way too many times.
Worked
Picked up Bubbles
Went to the bank and took out $500
Went and paid for March's dues for cheer for Bubbles
Set aside $400 for my car payment
Came home and cooked dinner
Went and picked up Bubbles from a friend's house
Ate
Got my butt handed to me in bowling and golf on the Wii
Made this update
Scooped the cat litter
Took out the trash
Tomorrow, I get to go get milk, ranch dressing and some more broccoli on my way home! How exciting is that?! |

I discussed it with her. My preliminary thoughts are that it sounds promising. Though, I don't want to make any promises just yet.

How appropriate. The week we celebrate Jesus resurrection, you can walk on water.
We're going to have to go buy a couple new swimsuits for Bubbles. The ones she has are too small.

That is the week we call walking across the pool without touching water!! We just walk all over those cute little kids, 
aNOTHER THOUGHT - REMIND bUBBLES TO GET HER SWIM SIUTS (2) and swim goggles. I hate being handless!!

I would hate to lose use of one of my hands. Back on that Friday when I wend to Mt. Holly by myself, I fell and hyper-extended the fingers on my left hand. They still hurt, but luckily I can use them.
I'll have to dig out the shorts from the closet, then. Of course, I already planned on that. I'm sure, since we're scheduled for the week of spring break, not the week after (like last year) there will be plenty of kids in the park. Do you old folks call that "Invasion week", or do you have a more sinister name for it?
As for what to do while you're at your appts... maybe I'll go kiteboarding.

It is so hard being a lefty. 2 days ago I bumped my right thumb and have had pain in the surgical areas since then. The Dr.'s office instructed me to really baby it for a few days again and it should feel better. Here is hoping! I got used to working with 9 fingers - well 8 a& 1 thumb! And now to be back to 5 again.
At least POPS hasn't had any more troubles. I reminded him that only one of us at a time!!
BIZ - remember to pack for warm weather! Our spring weather is here. Bubbles - a friend of mine has 2 granddaughters your age who will be here the same time you are here so you will have someone to swim etc. with. We will gave a good time.
BIZ - we do nave a few appts while you are here but they don't take up the whole day - it is really important though!

All that and you call it Paradise?!?
Southern Paradise includes 75 degrees and lots of sunshine and - painfully, no Bubbles to cheer me up. But it won't be long.
