That hill on S. Detroit kills at the start, but it's welcome after the 2-mile mark. I did this run in about 25 minutes,I think. I forgot to check what time I finished until I had been in the house for a few minutes. I really felt good after this run. Toward the end, my little-toe on my right foot (the one I broke) started to hurt, but it was taped so I didn't worry about it. Some calf pain mid run, but I ran through it.

Cadence was sooooo happy to go with me.

They're great keepers of the pace and they don't know 'quit'. When I slowed for my cool-down, she wanted to keep running.
