Here's an image dump from yesterday's visit. Those two little girls are just full of love!

Thing 1 was a doll all evening. She got a little upset when Auntie Bubbles was too busy to play with her, but we averted disaster by going to draw on the chalk board. Thing 2 was great until right around 9pm. She got cranky, so I tried to feed her. She at about 3oz of her 8oz bottle before rejecting it. Then, she was VERY gassy for about 20 minutes. After that, there was no making her happy unless you were holding her and walking around. Thing 1 fell out almost immediately when Bubbles started reading to her. It was precious. Thing 2 was happy as a clam after Mommy and Daddy showed up to take them home. All in all, it was s great evening and I really enjoyed their company. I'm looking forward to the next chance I get to watch them.

It just says so much about what childhood is and should be. It's that part of us that tends to whither as we age. It's that part of us that we all struggle to maintain and we all long for when we're not pretending to be adults.

Coach TD, I just found a GREAT spot for a summer fun run and probably one practice during the XC season. It's a small park in Rossford. I have some pictures to post, so I'll make it a post on SummerFunRuns.com tonight or tomorrow.
