Today, I went and picked up Thing 1 and spent nearly 3 hours with her. She's so cute! The original plan was to give her the shoes that I had picked out for her, but they were the same size as the shoes she had on - despite the size markings. We went to Target to exchange them and I grabbed the wrong box. Rather than going back, I just took them over and gave them to her mom for safe keeping. She'll need size 10 eventually, right?

they do that when you feed them and don't lock them in closets for extended periods of time. My kid turned out OK anyway.
