We just had a nice visit from L&M and took them to John's for lunch. Our friends joined us so it was a nice group an fun.

It looks like someone is pushing Pappy around already. I think I see some 'fer in her. Do you? Look for some of his 1 year old pics, okay?
How cold did you get last night? We were at 29 this morning and it is predicted to be colder tomorrow a.m.
Your aunt & uncle are coming over from The Villages tomorrow. We will take them to John's for lunch. HUGS across the miles.

Thanks Taz I had forgotten all about that! I love this site and the other one as it brings back mostly happy memories. As the French say, "Je me souviens", I remember.

One thing that I remember most is walking with pops by standing on his feet while holding on to his legs!!!!I still do that with the kids to this day !!!!!

THAT REMINDS ME OF ALL THE FUN YOU GUYS HAD WITH BIG BOXES WHEN YOU WERE LITTLE. WE WERE TOO CHEAP TO BUY TOYS WHEN WE FOUND YOU YOU LIKED THE BOXES BETTER THAN THE TOYS. WHOOPS - SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS - I,M TOO LAZY TO GO BACK AND DO THIS AGAIN.

We played in that laundry basket for about 30 minutes pushing it around and giggling and squeeeeeeing the whole time.
I would push them around for a minute or two until I was tired and then I would fall down as if I fainted. When Thing 1 would get out to check on me, I would tickle her and RARRRRRRR at her. Thing 2 just waited patiently for the pushing to resume.
