I would love to hear from Bubbles - next time she is ALONE and has time for me. When her friends are there, she talks to them more than me - that is why I havent called her for a while.

It's easy to become a beach bum! There were many times i didn't want to leave Myrtle Beach and now the same goes for Florida.

Does playing in the waves count as a workout? I haven't had a chance to run here, yet. But, I've certainly exercised. Yesterday, the wind was almost enough to ride my big kite. I did pump up and do 3 down-winders before giving up.
Thursday through Satruday look like I'll have some wind to play in. Good thing, too. I'm jonesing and I'd hate to look back at Maumee bay's wind and see that they had better wind than we had here. That would suck.

We're "Ocean View" rather than "Ocean Front". We have to walk across the street to get to the beach. The public access path is only 2 doors down. There are houses right on the beach with better views, but there are also some of those where the occupants have to walk much farther to get to the beach.
There's been no wind so far - except during the height of today's rain storm. Wednesday looks ok. Thursday looks better. Though, the forecast seems to change frequently and drastically.
I'm taking lots of pictures for an update or updates.

For BIZ's followers - I talked with him last night and they were still about an hour away from their destination. The traffic was horrible around DC and south. There was a little rain and all drivers slowed from 70 to 20 mph on a 2 lane highway with no opportunity to pass causing much distress in the auto!! BIZ said at one point one of the young ones asked "are we there yet?" and BIZ said "Yes, get out!". I think that is the perfect answer to the most famous in the car question - really good while going 70!!
I am sure he will have his 'puter and will bring you all up to date once they start coming to life there.

Taz volunteered to take care of her a while back. I touched base with him yesterday and he said he still would if his transportation issues are resolved by then.
If not, then I have already arranged for 'fer to cover for him.
