Being the creative guy that I am, one day, I gave some thought to what else might be good when stuffed into one of those little pita pockets. Pita pockets are greek, right? Feta cheese is greek, right? Maybe if I (simplified to just one in the pictures becuase I had just eaten 4 of them when I realized this would be a great update) stuffed some mini pita pockets with feta, that would rock, right?

Step 1: Lay out some pita pockets on a paper towel

Step 2: Wet a couple of corners of the paper towel and wrap the pita pockets

Step 3: Microwave for a few seconds - just long enough to warm the pita pockets

Step 4: Get the cheese out of the fridge

Step 5: Retrieve the pita pockets from the microwave and cut off a little piece so that you can open the pocket

Step 6: Open the pocket

Step 7: Fill the pocket with cheese

Step 8: Put the filled pita pockets back in the paper towel, wrap them up and microwave just long enought to melt the cheese

Step 9: Enjoy

If you'd like a little additional bonus flavor, add some bacon! What isn't improved by bacon? Really? The saltiness of the bacon and the feta cheese combined is a great flavor explosion!
