Tonight we had our first rush hour snow-fall of the season. In case you've forgotten, the standard for snow-driving is
  • 50% of the drivers on the road forgot how to drive in the snow
  • 50% of the remaining drivers on the road only cleared as much of their windshield as they could with their driver's license
  • 50% of the remaining drivers on the road haven't replaced their windshield wipers in 5 years
  • 50% of the remaining drivers on the road have bald tires
  • 50% of the remaining drivers on the road are on the phone while they drive
  • 50% of the remaining drivers on the road are driving in the snow for the first time
  • Of the remaining drivers on the road 50% are riding your rear bumper

    Drive with care in the snow. Nobody else is.

    No I'm wired as we are both in the same room. Ihear horror stories about hackers roaming the streets and picking up your signaks on wireless set ups, anyway we have no need for it at present. Ihave the card for wired on my laptop you can use if you want to. I thought you had a wired hub when I visited you, due to security reasons

    Don't you have a wireless network set up, sopops? If not, I'll have to stop and get a cable.

    I can already imagine myself sitting in the Florida room sipping on a coffee and tapping away at my keyboard. How exciting is that?

    'fer, yes you can post. The only issue remaining is that the username that is stored in the database has more and more slashes on it with each post that you make (doubles each time). Thankfully, the work-around is automatic in that MySQL ignores them all. It does give us something to think about for usernames on your site, though.

    I can't believe there were delayed openings today. There is no reason for it. In NJ there would have to be 6+ inches on the ground before they thought about it. And, only a blizzard would close schools/businesses!
