Yesterday, BBCK had tumbling and has been working on her back-handspring. She's really working hard on this and she's coming along quite well. With the aid of a round-off, she's there. She just has to get over the mental hump of needing a spotter. In this video, the coach is just kind of "there"... not actually doing anything.

Later in the day, BBCK went to play with Blondie. When they got back here, they played with BBCK's make-up.

You need to open Windows Explorer, not Internet Explorer

Because it's an AVI, not an RPM or RM or whatever extention that evil Real Player uses.

Go into Microsoft Explorer.
Select Tools
Select Optons
Select the File Types tab at the top
Scroll down until you find AVI on the left
In the bottom section, it says "Opens with"...
Press the "Change" button
In the box that comes up, select Windows Media Player
Click Ok
Click Apply
Click Close

You should be able to see it using Windows Media Player, now.

Very nice. I did that when I was 7. But in terms of the spotter, I never managed to do one without him. I was too scared. The only "hump" was on my head when I smacked it to the floor. But don't be like my BBCK. I have an unusually large head which keept me off balance when I was in mid -air. You can do without the spotter. It's like riding a bike. If you fall, you get upo and try again.

(I hope she can ride a bike! lol)

very cool BBCK... I wish that I could do that. I'd look really funny trying. I'd look really really goofy in the hospital waiting for someone to repair whatever got broke trying to do that flip thingy. Again very very cool BBCK
