If you're a regular here, you may recall that I built BBCK a loft bed on October 4th of last year. Well, that was supposed to be the impetus for finishing the BBCK-Butterfly-Palace. Now, 2+ months later, I've completed another major step. The butterflies are on the wall and the glow-in-the-dark flowers are on the walls, too.

She has butterfly shelves in 2 corners of the room (one up next to the head of her bed so she has a place to put her water bottle) and, thanks to Thumper, she has 2 flower/butterfly pegs upon which she may hang her jackets and a VERY nice butterfly rug.

Next, I need to get some curtains and hang them up. Then, I believe it will be about time for BBCK to want something different. She is a female, after all.

Now that the site is back up and I can see my progress on my various projects, I'll probably procrastinate just as much as ever, but I'll be doing it with an audience... YOU!
I'm good at starting projects, and doing the major components of them, but it's the detail and finishing part that I find hard to bring myself to do. I wonder where I get that.

While connected to that particular update, the comments can be about anything. I loved the way the first day went. I hope people continue to feel free to discuss whatever and let the thread wander.

Walt, I wouldn't make such a big deal about the semicolon if the owner of this site didn't find it necessary to correct the grammar of others. That is the only reason I have commented on it.
